Returns & Exchanges
You can request for item return or exchange if you are not satisfied with any items for any reason, to be eligible to exchange items you must send a request to us within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days of receiving your order, we can’t accept your request.
For Bahrain customers, if you apply for item return, you will receive a refund if your request is accepted within 24h, there are no fees applies means we will not charge you for delivery.
For GCC Countries customers, if you apply for a item return, you will receive a refund if your request is accepted within two weeks, delivery & shipping cost are not applied with refund. We only apply for some cases.
Make sure that the item you want to exchange or return is following these requirements:
- You have 5 days after reception to send us an exchange or return request.
- The product you want to exchange should be available in stock, if not you are free to choose either to keep the item or return it.
- You can only exchange with same product (ex. different size or color) or another product with exact same price.
- items should not be used, unaltered and in a condition that can be sold (same as the condition we sent them to you).
- items should not have been washed.
- items should be in their initial packaging/box/dust-cover with all the tags, brand, and product labels/instructions still attached.
- Shoes should be in their original, unused state without any damage.
- Kindly note that you can’t exchange or return grooming items, wallets, and underwear.
Return only accepted of products purchased from our official social media accounts, WhatsApp or website. We don’t accept returns from 3rd party distributors.
