Returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless the item is defective or damaged.

– If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Proof of damage (photos or videos) is required.
– If approved, a full refund will be issued including shipping and delivery fees.

Exchanges are not available, you may submit a return request and place a new order through our store.

  • Shoes must be in original condition and show no signs of wear.
