We offer delivery to all areas across Bahrain within 24 hours of placing your order. A delivery fee of 1.5 BHD applies.

Free delivery is available for orders above 20 BHD.

Shipping charges vary depending on the size and weight of your package and will be calculated at checkout.

Orders typically arrive within 2 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

For Customers in Bahrain

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is approved, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours. No return or delivery fees will be charged.

For Customers in GCC Countries

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for GCC countries unless the item is defective or damaged.

– If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
– Proof of damage (photos or videos) is required.
– If approved, a full refund will be issued. Shipping and delivery fees remain non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (Bahrain Only)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

• You submit your request within 5 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging, including dust bags, boxes, tags, brand labels, and care instructions.
• Shoes must be in original condition and show no signs of wear or damage.
• Exchange is only possible for the same item in a different size or color, or for another product of equal value.
• The replacement item must be in stock. If not, you may choose to keep the original item or proceed with a return.
